The Library, the great Altar of Zeus, the Sanctuary of Athena, the Temple of Dionysus, the restored Temple of Trajan and the Theatre are all the famous structures of Pergamum.  South of the Acropolis, is the Asclepion one of the 3 most famous sanctuaries of Asclepios, the God of Healing.
