CONTACT US Rural Life in Kirazlı and Sirince

Start your day with a trip through the ardent countryside on your way to the lovely town of Sirince (pronounced as she-RIN-jay), a wonderful little Aegean village of 600 inhabitants, located in the Turkish hillside about 1000 feet above sea level. As you approach the village, the road passes through vineyards, orchards and olive groves, which is why it is sometimes referred to as the Tuscany of Turkey. A stop at famous wine houses for tasting the homemade fruit wines is included. Continue with a ride to the mountains of Çamlık to the village of Kirazlı Köy (a.k.a "Cherry village"). This will be the highlight of the day as lunch will be served in the courtyard of a typical house in the village. The household will welcome you with Turkish coffee and friendly conversation, regardless of language barriers. While sitting on the floor, as is the custom, you’ll be offered warm plates of their favorite Turkish and household dishes as well as fresh homemade bread. Your last stop of the day will be at a Turkish village to see weaving arts and a brief carpet presentation will take place.

Half Coach transportation requires a minimum of 10 passengers and is limited to a maximum of 25 passengers. Full Coach transportation requires a minimum of 26 passengers and is limited to a maximum of 44 passengers. ** Due to a greater availability, Mini Bus transportation is the most economic option, even if your party does not require a larger seat capacity. |
